Who is responsible

The app does not collect your data

MyShifts stores your shifts, teammates, companies, workplaces, rates and holidays only on your device. We have no servers that receive this information, and the app contains no ads or tracking tools.

Your teammates’ details are entered by you and stay on your device. Please only add what you need to organize shifts.

iCloud sync (when available)

If you turn on sync, your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple under its own privacy policy. We have no access to it.

Data we process on this website

  • Launch list: your email address, to send you a single notice when the app is available. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Contact form: name, email, topic and message, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our interest in answering your request.
  • Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.

Who helps us (processors)

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and receives form submissions.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. manages DNS, security and anonymous statistics.
  • Both may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep data

Launch-list emails are deleted after the launch notice is sent. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply, and for at most [12] months.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@myshifts.me. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no first- or third-party cookies. It only stores your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser if you choose one.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, say so on the website.
